Your Rights
Artwork Stays Protected
All artwork created by M the artist is protected by copyright. Buying an original, print, or commission gives you the item or agreed files, but it does not transfer copyright unless a separate written agreement says so.
Personal Use
You may display your purchased artwork in your home and share photos online with credit to M the artist.
Permission Required
Reproduction, distribution, editing, resale, and commercial use require written permission before use.
Licensing
When You Need a License
Commercial use is available by quote. Licensing is tailored to the project, audience, duration, territory, and whether exclusivity is needed.
Personal Sharing
Posting a photo of your purchased piece is welcome. Please credit M the artist and do not remove signatures or watermarks.
Commercial Projects
Artwork for books, products, branding, advertising, social campaigns, or other business use needs a written license.
Edits and Derivatives
Do not crop, recolor, trace, alter, or create derivative work from artwork without written approval.
